| Pork ribs is my favourite. I have found a good recipe to cook pork ribs and would like to share with you. Recipe: Main ingredient: pork ribs (300 grams) Supplement:15 grams plums, 20 grams starch. Seasonings:15 grams soy sauce, 10 grams broad bean paste, 15 grams white sugar, 2 grams MSG, 10 grams sesame oil, 5 grams garlic and 20 grams peanut oil. Method: cut the pork ribs into pieces, wash and drain them, mix pork ribs very well with plums, starch and seasonings. Then put the stuff on a plate and pour peanut oil on the surface. Finally steam with medium heat for 10 minutes. (If you like crispy pork ribs, just steam it for longer time). |
