Is bootlicking an inborn gift?

guest2898 Do you think bootlicking is an inborn talent for someone? I came across an essay pointing that bootlicking is closely associated with the constellation: Libras, Capricorns and Taureans are good at licking sb’s boots. Have you met some bootlickers around you? How do you get along with them?

Inborn gift? My god, what's wrong with me? I didn't get this inborn gift. I have to say that some guys are really good at licking people's boots. But I am not a guy who is good at this.
