You need go to Shantou Central Bus Station to take bus to Gongbei Bus Station in Zhuhai and then pass the border to reach Macau. It costs CNY 160-170 and takes 6.5 hours.

It takes around 6 hours if you take the long distance bus. You can go to Gongbei Bus Station(拱北汽车站) to take the bus.

It should stop at Shantou Bus Terminal (汕头汽车总站) located at NO.2 Chaoshan Road.
