US teen arrested for wearing “saggy pants”

A 17-year-old wearing his “saggy pants”that show off his underwaer spent a night in jail last week in Florida. The US youngste was arested for wearing low pants in Rivera Beach, southeast Florida.

In Florida, a law bans “saggy pants”. A Florida judge has deemed the law unconstitutional. He said：”we don’t need fashion police”.

Do we need fashion police?

It's been said to be a racist law as it is primarily the blacks who favour this fashion. That figures.

Of course there is an easy way around the law...take of yer knickers mate!!

It would be better if they wrote a law banning smoking in all situations except by consenting adults in private....oh, he would have been caught anyway!
