| Materials: 2 cups of corn kernels, 2 cups of flour, 1 cup of cornmeal and 1 egg. Seasonings: 1 bowl of edible oil, 3 tablespoons white sugar and 3 tablespoons honey. Equipment: extractor. Step 1 Add 2 cups of corn kernels and 1 cup of water in the extractor to make corn juice. |

| Step 2 Pour corn juice in a big bowl, add 1 cup of cornmeal, 2 cups of flour, 1 egg white and 1/2 cup of water and then mix them very well. |
