Don't believe that you can ever do that unless you didn't really care for the person at all. I'll continue to remember her beauty and gentle spirit. | GUEST56168 | OK- I'm 65 years old. Married, a grandfather. I still think of and desire my first love. She was so beautiful, kind, gentle-a dream really. Just never thought it would work long term. But there was something so special about her. I STILL think of her everyday. Tried to analyze it and figure out why. Tried to just forget about her. It's all in vain. I think that she's the one thing in this life that I really did want but didn't get. She's in my heart-and I now realize she'll live there until I have a memory problem or dead. Since childhood I have a strong mindset that I should not love anyone..since I have seen many of my friends failed in love and suffered..I'm unable to see their sufferings.. so I thought there will be no true love and nobody will be together life long who will fall in love..so I used to have a very strong mindset... like that I did not fall in love with anyone..but after getting a job I have met many new friends..in them I have met a person who has a same mindset like me.He's just my friend...n I never treated him special..but soon we became so closer..he became the best friend of mine..n he too never talks or believes any girl like me as if I don't believe boys..we both falled in love unknowingly..1 day he came out 1st that he loves me..but I said him everything.. that I don't have any belief in love..and love can't be life long..but he maked me believe him so much.. means we both discussed about other's love and all..we have good clarity about our love and our future. finally we both are in love..he used to take care of me..and I know how much he loved me..and I used to take care of him alot..we both quarrelled so many times... I'm little short tempered but if I scold anyone in anger..I myself will say sorry by going to them very soon..we both cried even..he's very sensitive too like me..and 1 day we have decided not to quarrel anymore..but suddenly last month after new year...he changed and started avoiding me..I asked him why is he behaving like this..he replied.."I don't know..I have lost all my feelings..I don't wanted to be special to anyone".. then finally I asked him.."means..U don't want me..??" than he replied with irritation.."stop it pls..don't disturb me.." that's all..now it's being 1 month that we both got seperated..till now I too didn't msg or call him and he too didn't...even if we both are working in the same company..we don't look at each other..nor we talk to each other..now I'm unable to forget him but I want to..I can't describe how much I'm crying inside..I'm living like a dead..and I can't love any other person..please suggest me.. what to do.. |

Now if you did experience your heart being taken over for the first time, it's like nothing else. It's not sex. It's that extra something-a soulful look or connection. Sorry friend, your first love will remain in your heart, even if you try to act all tough and pretend it was long forgotten. Anyone who's been there knows that's not true. With you until the grave. |

I'm just scared somewhere along the line she may wish she's with him.
