| Materials: 350 grams shrimps, 1 potato, 2 celery, 80 grams salted peanuts, 15 dried red chili, 3 pieces of ginger, 2 spring onion and some garlic. Seasonings: 1 bowl of edible oil, 1 tablespoon seafood soy sauce, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 1 tablespoon salt, 1/4 tablespoon white sugar, 1/3 tablespoon chicken powder, 2 tablespoons red chili oil, 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil and 1 tablespoon cooked white sesame. Step 1 Cut dried red chili into pieces, celery into sections. Peel the potato and cut it into shreds and then soak in clear water. Slice the garlic and cut spring onions into sections. |

| Step 2 Heat 1 bowl of edible oil, fry shrimps until golden, drain and then absorb the oil with kitch paper towel. |

| Step 3 Fry potato shreds in the oil for 5 minutes, drain and absorb oil with kitch paper towel. |
