![]() | Jose Cruz, a 34-year-old West Virgina man, was accused of farting and fanning the gas toward a South Charleston patrolman. The man was pulled over for driving without headlights on Tuesday, September 23. When he was taken to the police statio to be questioned, he requested to go to the loo but was rejected. Then he farted and fanned the gas to the cop. The cop accused him of malicious assault. The public opinion showed sympathy for him. Police withdrew the charge. However, he was still facing the charge of driving after drink alcohol and other charges. He was accused of farting on cop ![]() |
