![]() | Hi Everyone, I am traveling to several cities in China through General Tours in June. Does any one know if immunizations are recommended or required for travel in China from the USA? Thanks, Brent |

![]() | Hi, required is nothing but you should have the general immunizations like hepatitis A, Typhus....and so on. I don? know the English expressions, but it is what you normally have anyway. I?e been to China during SARS outbreak in spring 2003 and the bird flu in Asia 2004, sitting next to a bunch of chickens on a bus - you can? protect yourself against everything, but it is not as bad as shown in most western media. ![]() | Dont kno why but nowadays TB is reviving again. Take care! Anyway, as u r in an escorted tour, you will dine at big restaurants, which are comparable safe. Dont worry too much. WOrrying is the No.1 killer to ur immune system! |

![]() | Hey, you should also try the cheap street kitchens, they are great. There is a huge variety in snacks for 2 kuai.....delicious - not dangerous. |
