Help with Chinese Embassy question

I need to go to the Chinese Embasy in Los Angeles to obtain a visa for travel to Shenzhen next week. Tommorow in a national holiday, Colombus Day, and I was wondering if anyone knew if the Embassy would be open Monday on this holliday? Thanks.

Sure, the embassy will be open on the day. I got the infor from http://www.china-embassy.org/visapassport/english/sj.htm. Hope it could be helpful.
