| Materials: 630 grams Wuchang fish, 1/2 tablespoon minced ginger, 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic, 1/2 tablespoon minced spring onion and 1 tablespoon minced caraway. Black bean sauce: 3 tablespoons black curded beans, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster oil, 1/5 tablespoon salt, 1/3 tablespoon chicken powder, 1/4 tablespoon white sugar, 1 tablespoon cooking wine and 1/3 cup of clear chicken soup. Seasonings: 4 tablespoons edible oil. Step 1 Wash Wuchang fish, make several cuts on its two sides and stick some salt to Wuchang fish. |
