| Materials: 200 grams beef, 2 bananas and four lettuce leaves. Marinade: 1 tablespoon of egg white, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1/3 tablespoon chicken powder, 1/4 tablespoon white sugar, 1/6 tablespoon white pepper powder, 1 tablespoon starch and 1/5 tablespoon salt. Seasonings: 1 bowl of edible oil and 1 cup of fry powder. Step 1 Wash beef and cut it into slices, mix with marinade materials very well and then marinade for 30 minutes. |

| Step 2 Cut 2 bananas into sections. Then cut each section into quarters and get rid off the skin. Mix 1 cup of fry powder and 1/2 cup of water very well to make paste. |
