Metro, certainly. Look on http://www.mtr.com.hk/images/MTR_routemap.jpg for a map of Hong Kong's metro system.
Take the blue Island Line from Wanchai to Admiralty, change to the red Tsuen Wan Line from Admiralty to Tsim Sha Tsui, then change to the light blue East Rail Line from Tsim Sha Tsui East to Hung Hom.
