Apartment to Rent plus Sailboat Rental Info

I am looking for 3 bedroom, since I have friends from China also coming to join me along with my wife. I having little difficulty in locating good sites to check out what available there to arrange for the rental plus to send to my wife to arrange for it. Plus, I also interested in sailboat rental as well. One thing that concerns me is that she telling me that we do not need diver certification to go scuba diving over there, which is of a major concern. I want to get PADI certification over there along with my wife, but with her comments, I do not think she knows that there is some training to be learned how to handle scuba diving properly, and I am looking for sites that have details that is available to review for the prices and the details for it. All help is appreciated for those.
