| Materials: 100 grams minced pork, 500 grams white gourd, 2 cups of clear chicken soup, six flowers carved out of carrot, 1/2 tablespoon minced ginger. Marinade: 1/5 tablespooon salt, 1/2 tablespoon starch, 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce and 1/3 tablespoon chicken powder. Seasonings: 2 tablespoons edible oil, 1/4 tablespoon salt, 1/5 tablespoon white pepper powder, 1/3 tablespoon sesame oil and 1/2 tablespoon starch. Step 1 Put minced pork in a bowl, add 1/5 tablespooon salt, 1/2 tablespoon starch, 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce and 1/3 tablespoon chicken powder in and then use a pair of chopsticks to stir them clockwise and then marinade for 15 minutes. Finally, mix 1/2 tablespoon starch with 3 tablespoons water very well. |

| Step 2 Peel the white gourd, get rid of its seeds. Cut 1/2 white gourd into dices and mash the other 1/2 part with that equipment in the picture. |

| Step 3 Heat 2 tablespoon edible oil, fry minced garlic until fragrant, add minced pork in and then stir-fry for a while until it turns white. Finally, add 2 cups clear chicken soup and boil the mixture. |
