![]() | The Contaminated dairy product scandal rocked the whole China. The incident is till under further investigation. A door-to-door survey among Beijing’s 307,779 families with babies under age 3 found 75, 474 or nearly 25 % of the babies once consumed the tainted milk powder. The survey is the first of this kind in China. In the scandal incident, melamine, which is often used to produce plastics, was added to substandard milk to make protein levels appear higher. |
