There is no direct taxi. However, there are transit buses that can take you from HK to Foshan. You can take the bus from Nanking Street near Nathan Road. It's on the other side of Largos Hotel. It costs around HKD 100 or 110.

You have many option for traveling from Foshan to Hong Kong.
Such as :

By Plane
By Train
By Bus
By Taxi

You can choose your option according to your budget.

I have no more Idea about VISA requirement but i think , You must have VISA for Hong Kong travel.
