When a guy called a lady "Nu Qiang Ren", what does that imply?

"Nu Qiang Ren" in Chinese means a strong lady. Normally, we give that name to women with women with good career, independent and capable of doing many things.

I would like to know your opinion, especially from guys, on this. Tagging the ladies with this name, is it good for them or otherwise..

Nv Qiang Ren refers to a woman who has successful career but still single or doesn't have a happy marriage. I don't want to be that kind of woman.
