Sautéed beancurd with salt yolk!

Materials: a box of tender tofu and 4 slat yolks.

Seasonings: 3 tablespoons edible oil, 1/4 tablespoon salt, 1/3 tablespoon chicken powder and 1 tablespoon cooking wine.

Step1 Put four salt yolks in a bowl, add 1 tablespoon cooking wine and steam for 7 minutes with a cover.

Step 2 Mash steamed salt yolks.

Step 3 Cut tender tofu into pieces, quick-boil them in boiling salty water.

Step 4 Heat 3 tablespoons edible oil, add mashed salt yolk and fry until frangrant.

Step 5 When foams turn up, add 1/4 tablespoon salt and 1/3 tablespoon chicken powder in to flavour.

Step 6 Add tender tofu in, stir-fry for a minute.
