In truth, the work doesn't really require my level of experience, although i do love the students. I'm also the only foreigner in this district. I now want to apply for a more serious academic job, reflecting my experience. I'm considering a move to Beijing to one of the more reputable universities. Has anyone else made this move from ESL university teacher to a more serious academic post in China? Is there a website i should be looking at? Thanks
