AP news.

Vietnamese Health Ministry proposes that people who have small chests (less than 28 inches (72cm) are forbidden to get the motor bike license. People who suffer from the liver enlargement and sinusitis also can't have driver licenses. Why? The Ministry of Health thinks that such people are considered not to be in good health condition.

How do the Vietnamese react to this proposal? Most said that it was ridiculous. Le Quang Minh, 31, a Hanoi stockbroker said: "Many Vietnamese women have small chests. I have many friends who won't meet these criteria."

"The average Vietnamese man is 1.64m (5ft 4in) tall and weighs 55kg (121lb). The average Vietnamese woman is 1.55m tall and weighs 47kg." The report said. How many of them can meet the new criteria?

A guy said in his blog that padded bras would be bestsellers from now on. But what about those poor people who can't afford breast implants?

Very strange! Maybe they should also rule that people with big belly shouldn't drive because they are over-weight.

What does boobs size have to do with health conditions? Are they talking about lung size? If so, may be they should consider they chest size relative to body weight or overall body size etc.. Any medical people here to comment?

The Ministry of Health having a padded bra business on the side?
That's not a bad idea...a conflict of interest maybe....but not a bad idea.
