FOOD! FOOD! FOOD! in Xian and Luoyang

Hi,

I'll be travelling to Xian and Luoyang this month. Could anyone provide information of the local food in this places that I should not miss. If possible the place to get these foods as well.

GUEST2711 Go to the Muslim Food Street in Xi'an, you can taste the Islamic flavor. The shredded pancakes in mutton soup taste good.

Xi'an: Muslim Quarter area for snacks and dumplings; dumpling banquet at De Fa Chang restaurant on Bell Tower square.
Luoyang: Water banquet (most probably Zhen Bu Tong restaurant).
