If you are familiar with the Taiwanese drama Metoer Garden, it was based on Hana Yori Dango, a Japanese shoujo anime.

Haven't heard of Chibi Maruko Chan but they show Crayon Shin-chan here in America, during ungodly 1:00 in the morning. Apparently, Shin-chan showing his butt is too bold for American children. LOL!

Apparently, Shin-chan showing his butt is too bold for American children. LOL! I think that American children are very open. Crayon Shin-chan is not bad. I prefer the Chinese dubbing. Very interesting! I can't believe that a 3 or 4 years old boy is soooo interested pretty girls, haha. As for Chibi Maruko Chan, it is called 樱桃小丸子 (Ying 1 Tao 2 Xiao 3 Wan 2 Zi 3). I think that girls prefer that very much. But there are some exceptions. Believe it or not, one of my male friends love watching Chibi Maruko Chan very much. He is an adult. SHESGOTTOBE, you can learn more info about Chibi Maruko Chan at this page: http://en.wikipedia.org/

How about this one? Pokemon (don't know if I spell it correctly). Did you watch it before, Zoey and She?

Looks like Chibi Maruko Chan is interesting if many people like it. I think I will add it on my "To Watch List". Thanks for the link, JimmyB. I have watched Pokemon before but it's very kiddie really, hehe... Pokemon is one of the very, very, very few animes that they show here on Saturday mornings. It's been very popular years ago. Another anime popular with kids here is Yu-gi-oh! Even the Yu-gi-oh! trading cards are very popular for children and adults alike. They even hold serious tournaments on these were father and sons participate.
