![]() | Well Guest 895....I don't know if it's the fact that we(North Americans) are actually all addicted to it....or the news media just says we are. After all, for the most part, it provides a circus atmosphere for the rest of the world to consume and be amused by. The 2000 and 2004 presidential elections were supposedly stolen by Bush and the neoconservatives. However, looking back in history, most of the presidential elections were probably stolen in some manner, the public was probably just not aware of it. Irregardless of who wins the election, the president is nothing more than just a figurehead anyway, being controlled by forces unseen. Yes, having Barrack Obama as the first Afro-American president would be unique and interesting and just "another brick in the wall". |
