| Materials: 200 grams beef, 500 gram pumpkin, 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic and 1 tablespoon minced caraway Marinade: 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1/2 cooking wine, 1 tablespoon starch, 1/2 tablespoon chicken powder and 1 tablespoon edible oil. Seasonings: 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon cooking wine, 1 tablespoon white vinegar, 1 tablespoon oyster oil, 1 tablespoon black sugar and 1/2 cup clear water and 4 tablespoons edible oil. Step 1 Cut beef into slices, mix beef slices together with 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1/2 cooking wine, 1 tablespoon starch, 1/2 tablespoon chicken powder and 1 tablespoon edible oil and marinade for 30 minutes. |

| Step 2 Peel and hollow pumpkin and then cut it into slices (each about 0.5 cm). |

| Iceberg, did you try steamed pumpkin? You can add some honey or rock sugar. Very delicous. |
