Fried beef with pumpkin!

Materials: 200 grams beef, 500 gram pumpkin, 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic and 1 tablespoon minced caraway

Marinade: 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1/2 cooking wine, 1 tablespoon starch, 1/2 tablespoon chicken powder and 1 tablespoon edible oil.

Seasonings: 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon cooking wine, 1 tablespoon white vinegar, 1 tablespoon oyster oil, 1 tablespoon black sugar and 1/2 cup clear water and 4 tablespoons edible oil.

Step 1 Cut beef into slices, mix beef slices together with 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1/2 cooking wine, 1 tablespoon starch, 1/2 tablespoon chicken powder and 1 tablespoon edible oil and marinade for 30 minutes.

Step 2 Peel and hollow pumpkin and then cut it into slices (each about 0.5 cm).

Step 3 Add 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoons cooking wine, 1 tablespoon white vinegar, 1 tablespoon oyster oil, 1 tablespoon black sugar and 1/2 cup of water in a bowl and stir them very well.

Step 4 heat 3 tablespoons edible oil, stir-fry beef slices for a while and then thake them out.

Step 5 Add 1 tablespoon edible oil in, heat and fry minced garlic until fragrant. Put pumpkin slices in and stir-fry for a minute. Add the sauce made in step 3 and stir them well.

Step 6 Simmer pumpkin with a cover for 5 minutes until pumpkin slices turn soft. Then add fried beef slices in and stir-fry with pumpkin slices. Finally, scatter minced caraway.

Iceberg, did you try steamed pumpkin? You can add some honey or rock sugar. Very delicous.
