GUEST21703I received a red deportation stamp on my passport 2007. I was told by immigration in Bali that I was banned from returning for a lifetime. On telephone the immigration in Bali recently 2011 I was told that I could return as 3 years had past and no fee/fine was required.

I rechecked this with immigration in Denpasar and they said that a lifetime ban meant exactly that.

Does anyone have a clear answer. Thanks.

GUEST06848Hi. I want to apply for a student visa to study in United Kingdom Sailing Academy (UKSA). The length of the course 3 years and this course involves internship abroad for 9-12 months. The UKSA is not goverment institute and I do not the UK Government recognise this insitite or not. Can you give advice please. Thank you.

I don't know how you will be punished if you are found to use fake visa. But this might be for your reference: The Chinese students who study in UK will be forbidden to enter the UK in 10 years if they make fake materials to appy for a visa. By the way, you might be sent into the prison if you commit a serious crime.

I entered Uk illegally on false papers in year 1998 n came back to india on my own in year 2005. I worked & paid taxes on someone else's NI #(The person was already back in india and he sold his NI # to me before I travelled to UK). During my stay in UK, my indian passport got expired which I was carrying along which bore no Visa or any arriaval stamps.
I got new passport from Indian Consulate in Birmingham,valid for 1 year which I got renewed in india later. NOw I wish to immigrate to some good country like Canada, Australia ,Denmark or NZ but when I told this to one immigration consultant company in india, he says that I cant travel on my passport to any country as it bears no info on my travelling to UK from where my passport was issued.
I am working at a Senior level position in Corporate world & I am Post Graduate in Business Management. I dont know what to do & whether its really true that I cant travel on my passport to any country.Plz help if anyone is specialist on these matters.

I am working for a MNC, I have completed only 4 months in that company but i have 4.6 years exp in IT field, Is that possible to get UK visa ? since thay have said like to apply for UK visa i need to complete 12 months time (or) I can get a UK Business visa but it wil not be helpfull, since i cant work in Business visa.

Is there is any other alternative solution available is there for my request ?

It will be really appreciated if any one help me if i really need a transit visa for transit.

If i need transit visa please let me know how to get the transit visa. is transit visa is on arrival or i need a prior approval of the visa..

I have Belgium residance permit.
