Venus lost her first game to Zvonareva but she revenged in the second and third games by 6-0, 6-2. Zvonareva was the black horse in the WTA Championships. But she failed to make micracle in the final because Venus was too strong. After this season-ending event, Venus Williams and Zvonareva's rankings both have improved. Venus ranks sixth now and Zvonareva, seventh. Congratulations to both of them! Big smile on Venus Williams' face.

Congratulations to Venus Williams! She has done a good job this year. In Wimbledon, she didn't lose a match (including that match against her sister Serena) and finally won the champion. She has already won 5 Wimbledon champions. In Doha, she won the champion without losing a match. This is the first time that she has won WTA champion.

Vera Zvonareva is the black horse in Doha WTA championships. However, it was unlucky for her to meet Venus in the final. Anyway, she has improved her ranking. Congratulations to her!
