Here is the recipe for Dry fried green beans. Xiaoxiao, you can try to cook it by yourself.

Step 1 Remove the strings of the green beans, cut green beans into sections (each about 4 cm).

Step 3 Pre-heat 1 tablespoon edible oil, add green beans in and keep stir-frying until they turn dry and a bit golden and then place them on a plate.

Step 4 Pre-heat 3 tablespoons edible oil, stir-fry ginger shreds, dried red chilis and chinese prickly ashes until fragrant with gentle heat.

Step 5 Add fried green beans and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Step 6 Add 1/3 tablespoon salt, 1/2 tablespoon chicken powder and 2 tablespoons soy sauce to flavour. Then add carrot flowers in and stir-fry for a second.
