Braised prawns!

Materials: 270 grams prawns, 50 grams fresh fungus, 50 grams minced pork, 1 tablespoon minced spring onion, 1/2 tablespoon minced ginger.

Seasonings: 3 tablespoons edible oil, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 2 tablespoons broad bean paste, 1/3 tablespoon chicken powder and 1/3 cup of starchy water.

Step 1 Thaw prawns in salty water, wash and cut off the mustache, make a cut on the back of prawns and gut the prawns.

Step 2 Wash and cut fresh fungus into pieces, mince spring onion and ginger separately.

Step 3 Heat 3 tablespoons edible oil, fry minced ginger until fragrant, add minced pork in and fry until white.

Step 4 Put fungus pieces and prawns in, stir-fry them together.

Step 5 Add 2 tablespoons broad bean paste, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1/3 tablespoon chicken powder and 1/3 tablespoon water. Then boil coveredly with gentle heat for 5 minutes.

Step 6 When the soup turns thick, pour sticky water in and scatter minced spring onion.
