Is any funny places in Dalian? and......

i just come to Dalian about a month for my job in HP.and i really want to find out if any places funny in Dalian,and may someone take me around for a short trip in Dalian.

I know it is a beautiful city,but also i have to find out ~~

PS. BTW,is the beach still beautiful now? freezing??

Basically , the sea around Dalian bay seldom freeze during winter thanks to the north pacific warm current . And as you see there, Dalian is a city quite at high latitude.
If you are interersted in traveling in Dalian on such a winter day, which is surely always cloudy or/and humid,
