If you wanna go to the toilets in the shopping malls, you must have a special card. Why? Without this card, you can't open the door of the toilet. If you are one staff of the shopping mall or you have a membership card, you can go to the toilet freely. What's more, you needn't charge money for your card because it is free to use the toilet. The card is just used to open the door. Nothing else. Absurd! I just heard that you need to pay some money if you intended to go to the toilet. Never heard of this. Why can't they open their toilets to the public?

Public toilets (in the west) have been used for purposes other than their original use. Children in Australia have, in a few cases been assaulted in them. Dodger.
