traveling to tiger leaping gorge

I plan to go to lijiang early next year. my plan is to visit yulong snow jade mountain and tiger leaping gorge. I want to know:
1. I plan to visit snow jade in the morning then at 3 or 4pm continue to qiaotou. Is there any public transportation from yunshanping / jade snow area to qiaotou?If not can I take taxi and how much the cost?
2. How much to rent a car in qiaotou to explore tiger leaping gorge then back to lijiang
3. When is the last bus from Kunming to lijiang at night and is there any bus from kunming to lijiang departure in the afternoon around 1 pm?

1) No, I think you'll have to go back to Lijiang. Or else, hire a vehicle and driver for the entire route.
3) I think it should be around 2130. Yes, there're afternoon departures.
