Millet congee with lily!

I got this recipe from the internet and want to share it with you. These photos are not taken by me, hehe.

Materials: dried lily (50 grams), dried tremella (20 grams), 6 red dates, 30 pignut, a cup of millet and 15 cups of clear water.

Seasonings: 1/2 cup of rock sugar.

Step 1 Wash and soak dried lily, red dates and pignut in the water for a while and then get rid of the pignut's red coat. Wash millet and soak in water for 30 minutes.

Step 2 Tear tremella into small pieces and then wash them again.

Step 3 Put millet, tremella and pignut in the boiler, add 10 cups of water and stir them for a second.

Step 4 Boil coveredly with fierce heat. After boiling, boil with medium heat for about 40 minutes. Remember to stir the mixture from time to time.

Step 5 When millet congee turns thick, add 3 bowls of boiled water and stir well.

Step 6 Add red dates, lily and rock sugar in the boiler. Then add a bowl of boiled water in and boil with gentle heat for 30 minutes.
