Every region has some special food. What is it for Xian? They have a lot of muslim streetkitchens that I like very much.

Guangzhou - yes, but i did not drink any tea in the parks. But it? quite interesting to go to the old native tea houses, where only older Chinese people go. Those singing birds are nice! Yes, good that this strange mail of this guy has been taken out. This was not the right place for that.... If it is too late in CN I wish you a good night! Thanks for your birthday wishes, see you later!

Good morning Mermaid, well I? a little bit late today because of celebrations ( I have to continue later...:-)) Thanks a lot for your amazing pic! Pretty girl!!!! Well those teahouses I mentioned are nothing special for Chinese and they are in every city, I guess. It? the place where older people meet and no tourist finds them, normally. The one I? talking of is in Chongqing Yuzhou District. People bring their singing birds along - it? so relaxing to listen to their chirp! By the way, Chongqing is much better than most people or guidebooks say! It? not only a one-day-stop to catch the next ChangJiang cruise...

Oh, what a pitty that you deleted it! If you don? want others to see it you can send it as a private message:-) Was it your real hair? Wow! Well, yesterday I went out with friends to celebrate into my birthday. Today are only family celebrations. I?l go to my parents house in half an hour. My mother does some special cooking for me:-) and some other relatives, my sisters with family and so on will be there. (But family celebrations are not as big as in China. Chinese families are always huge!) Later there will be cake and coffee - typical family afternoon, sometimes quite boring;-) And that? it! Ah, the days of poets and thinkers in Germany are gone long ago. Today people worry about economy and there are stupid brain-wracking soaps and reality-tv-shows on tv. Where are people like Goethe, Schiller and so on today??? By the way, communism was actually also a German export by Marx and Engels - you can argue if these ideas were that great..... But like the transrapid train, the theory is from Germany, but it was built up somewhere else. Of course the effects of both are totally different:-) But how come you know so much about this small country? What are your plans for today? (or what did you already do)?
