| "huang mao ya tou"is always a derogatory term in chinese. But in some casese, it is a term of endearment. It always can be heard that "She is 'huang mao ya tou', you should take care of her." by a old man/woman. It means that you should take care of this girl very very carefully and she is very important to this old man/woman. In north china, "ya tou" always means daughter. And it is also a term of endearment only can be used by a old man/woman. |
