| Materials: 5 female blue crabs, one and a half tablespoon minced spring onion, 1/2 tablespoon minced ginger and 1/2 cup of flour. Seasonings: 1 bowl of edible oil, 1/3 tablespoon salt, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1/4 tablespoon white sugar and 1 tablespoon cooking wine. Step 1 Cut female blue crabs into two parts and chop ginger and spring onion separately. |

| Step 2 dredge the cut side of the crab in flour and then place them on a plate. Mix 1/2 cup of flour with 1 cup of water very well. |

| Step 3 Heat 1 bowl of edible oil, fry the crabs (let the cut side in the hot oil) for 30 seconds. |

| Step 4 Put the crab in the oil, fry with medium heat until it turns red. Then take it out and drain up the oil. |
