![]() | The singer Bing Crosby did a song that is the best medicine for what seems to ail you: COUNT YOUR BLESSINGS (Instead of Sheep) (Irving Berlin) from the 1954 movie "White Christmas". When I'm worried and I can't sleep I count my blessings instead of sheep And I fall asleep counting my blessings When my bankroll is getting small I think of when I had none at all And I fall asleep counting my blessings I think about a nursery and I picture curly heads And one by one I count them as they slumber in their beds If you're worried and you can't sleep Just count your blessings instead of sheep And you'll fall asleep counting your blessings I think about a nursery and I picture curly heads And one by one I count them as they slumber in their beds If you're worried and you can't sleep Just count your blessings instead of sheep And you'll fall asleep counting your blessings |

![]() | "Have you ever woke in the midnight and found your cheek full of tears?" Never happened to me, so far. I have to be awake if I have to cry. O_o "Have you ever been afraid of losing friendship, relatives or affection?" There was a time years ago when I felt that way. But I guess at some point in my life, I accepted the fact that nothing lasts forever. People come and go. People are born and people die. There's nothing we can do about it except make the best of our lives and cherish every moment. This way, we won't have any regrets. "Do you what’s the sense of security? How did you get rid of the insecure feelings and how did you come out of the gloomy days?" If you think about it, there is no such thing as security. A person can promise you anything and there is no guarantee that he/she would fulfill it. You can use deadbolts all over your house, yet there is no guarantee that you won't be intruded. If you love somebody, there is no guarantee that you would be loved back. But, you know what? It's still worth it. |

![]() | Insecurity is a negative feeling. Try thinking happy thoughts. Count your blessings. Sometimes we are so blessed but we never noticed it because we tend to dwell on what we don't have. |

![]() | No absolute security ever exists. At some point, we all have ever been lack of sense of security. Well, people who quite often lack the sense of security are easily to become pessimists. As I remember a line from a book, people who repeatedly failed in school, in love and work must learn that they are capable of success before they can really succeed. |
