Why do terrorists attack India again?

Terrorists attacked India’s financial capital Mumbai Wednesday night. This was the third time that Mumbai was attacked. India has seen bloody terrorist attacks every year in recent years. Numerous casualties and losses were caused. In recent attacks, more casualties were caused. The masterminds evidently well-planned the terror attacks. Why do terrorists frequently target India? What do you think?
