| Dave, sour and spicy Chinese cabbage is a Sichuan style dish. It is not as hot as you imagine. I think that Hunan dishes are hotter than Sichuan dishes. I remembered that my friends and I went to a Hunan restaurant near our college, I asked the waiter to introduce some dishes that were not too hot to me. He did introduce some to me but they were still too hot. I can't get used to Hunan dishes. |
