| Materials: 350 grams Chinese cabbage, 10 dried chili, 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic Sour and spicy sauce: 5 tablespoons vinegar, 1/3 tablespoon chicken powder, 1/4 tablespoon salt, 2 tablespoons chili oil, 1 tablespoon minced garlic and 3 tablespoons water. Seasonings: 3 tablespoons edible oil. Step 1 Wash and cut Chinese cabbage into pieces. |

| Step 2 Cut dried chili into pieces and mince the garlic. |

| Dave, you see, it is called sour and spicy Chinese cabbage. If the chilli was taken away, its taste would change. If you can't stand the chilli, you can cook Chinese cabbage stir-fried with vinegar. It just tastes sour. |

| By the way, you can cook potato like Chinese cabbage. Sour and Spicy potato shreds or potato shreds stir-fried with vinegar are ok too. |

| I will give them a try, maybe I will start with less chillies or I suppose I will just have to get used to them as my next trip is through Hunan,Hubei and Sichuan |
