guest78219 My sister was married 3 years ago. Unfortunately after 4 months her husband left her and now she doesnt know where he is. She has moved on since then and met an Australian. Now she wants to marry him!!!?? She seems to think she can still get married because it is 2 different countries...Can she?

Of course she can marry again. But the first marriage should be dissolved first.

She should get divorced first before marry again. Bigamy is a felony in some countries.
