My friend told me that her life was greatly affected by the global economic downturn. Even her appetite was affected. You see, many companies reduce their staffs to save money. My friend was afraid that she would be fired. On the other hand, she started to save money for himself. She is not who she was. I never saw her cooking before. Now she starts to learn to cook. Cooking can save money for her.

What about you? Does the economic woe affect your appetite?

Not very much. But the material prices do affect my appetite. I need to pay 7 yuan for a bowl of noodles.

The economic downturn has made my appetite much stronger! Being that I have laid off 13 full time and 6 private contractors, doing the work my self has me eatting much more frequently to keep my energy up.

Few people noticed this thread. It's good. Seems that people's appetite hasn't been affected by the financial crisis.
