Beer-Stewed Clams!

Materials: 500 grams clams, a bottle of beer, 150 grams caraway, 8 conelike red peppers, 2 tablespoons chopped ginger, 2 tablespoons minced garlic.

Seasonings: 3 tablespoons edible, oil, 1/3 tablespoon salt and 1/2 tablespoon chicken powder.

Step 1 Wash all clams, soak them with 1/2 bottle beer for 30 minutes.

Step 2 Chop ginger and garlic, cut conelike red peppers into pieces and mince the caraway.

Step 3 Heat 3 tablespoons edible oil, fry chopped garlic and ginger until fragrant. Then put minced caraway in and fry them together.

Step 4 Pour 1/2 bottle beer in, stir-fry the mixture until boiling. Separate soup from the mixture.

Step 5 Stir-fry clams in beer and boil them until the shells open. Then take out clams and pour out beer.

Step 6 Stir-fry boiled clams together with fried chopped garllic, ginger and cone-like red peppers, add 1/3 tablespoon salt and 1/2 tablespoon chicken powder to flavour.

It looks nice but I'm not sure the beer would last long enough for the cooking knowing my thirst! he he
