| Materials: 500 grams clams, a bottle of beer, 150 grams caraway, 8 conelike red peppers, 2 tablespoons chopped ginger, 2 tablespoons minced garlic. Seasonings: 3 tablespoons edible, oil, 1/3 tablespoon salt and 1/2 tablespoon chicken powder. |

| Step 1 Wash all clams, soak them with 1/2 bottle beer for 30 minutes. |
