When the financial crisis happened, the countries in the world was hoping that China could help them out. Now it seems to impossible now because China has also been trapped in the the global financial crisis.

The official data reveals that foreigners are investing and buying less in China. FDI in November fell by 1/3 compared with that a year earlier. The exports alo fell by 2.2 percent. It is the first time that the exports have declined since Feb 2002.

Does Chinese economy enter its downturn period? Seems that the financial crisis is inescapable.

Zoey, China is not isolated anymore. The external environment has changed (the global crisis has happened). So China of course has been affected. However, the situation seems better than that in other countries. Maybe, the "symptoms" haven't appeared yet.
