Dear all,

We have added “My Activities”, a new function, to our community. With this function, you can easily follow your own threads and posts. So it is easy for you to take part in the discussion together with other members. To see if there is a new reply, you just need pay attention to the last poster and date. If the last poster is not you, then there should be (a) new reply (replies).

Where can I find “My Activities”? After login, you will see “My Activities” between your “Control Centre” and “Community Help” below the upper navigation.

Hope you like it.

Christine I would like to thank you for adding this great new feature!
I have been waiting for it for a long time as you know and really appreciate
the work you folks have done on it.

It works really well. Now I will be able to visit here more often and participate in more discussions, as it is now practical to follow several threads at the same time.

Once again, congratulations on a job well done!

Christine I just found one little bug with this new feature that hopefully will be corrected

In the column on the right that says 'Last Post', it is showing the correct person who made the last post,
BUT it is showing the date and time of when the thread was _first started_, instead of when the last post was made.

Hi Christine,

It seems I may have spoken too soon with my praise of this new function!

Today I logged into the site and immediately clicked on the 'My Activities' button,
(something every regular user will likely get into the habit of doing now) and was
presented with a NEW pop-up!

I was asked for my 'Username and password'.... AGAIN!!!
I had just logged into the site and of course needed to give my Username and password then.

There is no reason at all to have to give your Username and password a second time,
just seconds after you have logged into the site!

And to make matters even worse, when I typed in my Username and password it wasn't accepted!!!
I received the following error message:

"Unauthorized
Access is denied due to invalid credentials.

Web Server at community.travelchinaguide.com "

I hope that your web technicians will fix this problem as soon as possible.
It was working perfectly for a couple of days!

Thanks.

Hi Canadaguy,

Our technicians have found out what the problem is. There is something wrong with our server. The antivirus software installed on our server recognizes the update file of “My Activities” as a virus. Every time that file is updated, it is recognized as virus and isolated by the antivirus software. That’s why it requires your username and password to access in (but it doesn’t work). Now the anti-virus software has been reset. Therefore, “My Activities” is ok now.

We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience that we have caused.
