| Materials: 400 grams broccoli, 110 grams crab meat and 1/2 tablespoon garlic Sesame sauce: 2 tablespoons seafood soy sauce, 1/3 tablespoon chicken powder, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1/3 tablespoon salt, 2 tablespoons sesame paste, 1/2 cup of hot water. Seasonings: 3 tablespoons edible oil, 1 tablespoon salt. Step 1 Cut broccoli into small pieces, wash and drain broccoli pieces. |

| Step 3 Add 1 tablespoon salt in boiling water and quick-boil broccoli pieces for 1 minute. Dip quick-boiled broccoli in cold water and then take out and drain. |

| Haha, you are right, Alan. If you cut the broccoli in that way, your finger might be cut off. Actually, we don't need to use knife to cut the broccoli. Usually, I tear them into pieces with my hands. |
