Fried broccoli with sesame sauce!

Materials: 400 grams broccoli, 110 grams crab meat and 1/2 tablespoon garlic

Sesame sauce: 2 tablespoons seafood soy sauce, 1/3 tablespoon chicken powder, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1/3 tablespoon salt, 2 tablespoons sesame paste, 1/2 cup of hot water.

Seasonings: 3 tablespoons edible oil, 1 tablespoon salt.

Step 1 Cut broccoli into small pieces, wash and drain broccoli pieces.

Step 2 Mix 2 tablespoons sesame paste with 1/2 cup of hot water in a bowl. Then add 2 tablespoons seafood soy sauce, 1/3 tablespoon chicken powder, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1/3 tablespoon salt in, stir the mixture to make sesame sauce.

Step 3 Add 1 tablespoon salt in boiling water and quick-boil broccoli pieces for 1 minute. Dip quick-boiled broccoli in cold water and then take out and drain.

Step 4 Heat 3 tablespoons edible oil, fry minced garlic until fragrant, add crab meat in and stir-fry them together for 1 minute.

Step 5 Pour sesame sauce in and then stir-fry crab meat.

Step 6 Add broccoli pieces in, stir-fry them for a second to make sure that broccoli pieces wrapped with sesame sauce.

It looks nice but I cringed when I saw the first picture cuuting up the Broccoli that way, unless you intend using a finger or two for extra texture! he he

Haha, you are right, Alan. If you cut the broccoli in that way, your finger might be cut off. Actually, we don't need to use knife to cut the broccoli. Usually, I tear them into pieces with my hands.

Tried it today, delicious. Well, would have been but the crap we bought was...crap.
I use knife to cut broccoli. Tearing it makes crumbs.
