In the second quarter of 2007, China's economic growth reached a peak of 12.6 percent. Unluckily, it has started to drop severely since then. Until the third quarter of 2008, the growth has lowered to 9 percent. The recent economic data reveals that the GDP growth in the fourth quarter might be below 7 percent. Sounds scary.

According to the recent economic data, many economists have lowered their expectation of the growth in 2009 from 9 percent to 8 percent. Some even foresee that the growth rate will be between 5 to 6 percent.

I am not an economist so I can't foresee the next year's economic growth. All I know is that Chinese economy is cooling down. And many cases have proved that the economists' words are not true.
