I have never tried to fry shrimps with tomato before. Today, I found a recipe. It teaches me to fry prawns with tomato. I'd like to share it with you.

Materials: 250 grams red prawns, 1 tomato, 2 pieces of ginger and 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic.

Seasonings: 2 tablespoons edible oil, 3 tablespoons ketchup, 1 tablespoon soy sance, 1/5 tablespoon salt, 1 tablespoon white sugar, 1/3 tablespoon chicken powder, 1 tablespoon cooking wine and 1/3 cup starchy water.

Step 1 Cut tomato into small dices and ginger into shreds. Cut off the prawns' beard, clean up and wash them.
