China is considering of sending naval ships to Somalia!

Again, some guys connects this move to "China Threat Theory". Why do they connect everything to "China Threat Theory"? The reason why China considers to send naval ships to Somalia has been cleared. China wants to protect its ships from the pirates' attacks. Several days ago, Somali pirates attacked a Chinese ship but retreated finally because of the sailor's resistance. On Wednesday, when He Yafei, Vice-Foreign Minister of China, declared that China was thinking of sending naval ships to Somalia, a China-owned ship "Zhenhua 4" was attacked by the pirates and 30 sailors were all missing. Before this, "Tianyu 8", another Chinese ship and 17 Chinese people were also in the hands of the pirates. "Tian Yu 8" was hijacked by the pirates.

Very good news. Those pirates should be taught a lesson.
However, what will become of any prisoners taken? The death penalty is still the law of the sea for piracy and these pirates have no country to give them to for punishment. India recently captured some pirates and is not sure what to do with them. Will there be a "Guantanamo" for these stateless criminals or will China dispatch them on the spot?
